Syndicate and Fund Manager
Mr Geoffrey W Gill is the Syndicate and Fund Manager and has complete control and final say on all matters relating to the DWARF Euro Millions Lottery Syndicate and any Winnings.
The Syndicate Manager may close the Syndicate at anytime or refuse Membership without giving reason.
In the event of the Syndicate being closed, any outstanding winnings in the prize fund shall be paid and distributed as per rules below.
Eligibility of Membership
The Syndicate is open to all persons throughout the world subject to the following gaming age limits according to the country of origin.
UK - Only persons over the age of 16 years old.
France - No age limit
Rest of Europe - Unknown age limits to date.
(We will update these details when information available).
Note: Failure to observe the gaming age limit (if any) according to the country of origin will invalidate any win. Any prize monies due to that member shall be donated to DWARF.

Note: Do not print and use this sheet to submit your numbers as for legal reasons these must be written in the designated boxes on the application form.
Registration
A DWARF Euro Millions Lottery Syndicate Application Form must be fully and accurately completed. Click here for Application Form.
Each member shall submit a set of 5 Main Draw numbers and 2 Lucky Star numbers that shall be used for the duration of their membership.
Accepted members shall receive a Unique Registration Number (URN) that will be used to identify them. However, only this URN will be shown on the Web-site and/or any promotional materials so protecting members identity.
For the benefit of National Inheritance Tax Laws and/or Regulations, signing the Syndicate Application Form confirms the membership of a bone-fide Syndicate and so exempts the member from any such tax or financial penalty.
It is the sole responsibility of a member to ensure above rule conforms with their own National Inheritance or other unearned Income Laws. If amendment to these notes is required, for the benefit of all members, it is advised that full details be forwarded to the Syndicate Manager as soon as possible stating the source of information.
On signing the Application Form the member is agreeing to all Terms and Conditions as laid out here, unconditionally and in their entirety and shall abide by them accordingly.
Payment
All DWARF Euro Millions Lottery Syndicate plays are paid for in advance at either £1.50 or €2.00 per week.
Payment must accompany a fully completed Application Form and may be paid in either Stirling (£) or Euro (€) regardless of country of origin and is accepted by Cheque, Postal or Money Order made payable to; Mr G W Gill. CASH is sent at owners risk.
Receipts for payments made shall be emailed. Snail mail post, for any reason, will incur a nominal charge of £1.00 or €1.50 on each occasion solely to cover postage and banking charges.
Failure to keep up payments will invalid given members entry forthwith.

Syndicate Play
Anyone who is eligible to play, may join the syndicate at any time.
A minimum of 10 weeks play may be purchased in advance and will be for consecutive weeks. (purchasing 26 or 52 weeks in advance is appreciated as it keeps administration time to a minimum).
All members URN's shall be posted on the Web-site the weekend prior to the coming Friday night draw.
Results of all matching numbers, any winning plays and total winnings will be shown on the web-site as soon as possible following the Friday night draw. (Usually on the following Saturday, although this cannot be guaranteed).
Winnings
Mr Iain Newby on behalf of DWARF receives One equal share of all winnings. i.e. If there are 19 paying members then there are 20 shares paid out.
All and any DWARF Euro Millions Lottery Syndicate Winnings will be distributed each December regardless of when or how many weeks have been purchased on a pro-rata basis.
Winnings will only be paid to the Named, Registered Member.
In the event of any win, particularly a Large/Jackpot win, there shall be NO PUBLICITY of individual members with the exception of the Syndicate Manager if he so chooses to use the win to promote DWARF and the DWARF Euro Millions Lottery Syndicate.
Only in the event of a Jackpot Win (5 Main Numbers plus 2 Lucky Star Numbers matching) or a Semi Major Win (5 Main Numbers plus 1 Lucky Star Number matching or 4 Main Numbers plus 2 Lucky Star Numbers matching), will that prize money be paid out as soon as practical.
If an individual member wishes to make public their win in association with DWARF and the DWARF Euro Millions Lottery Syndicate, then they may do so providing they do not name (if known), other members without their consent.
Winnings may be used to fund future plays.
If a prize winner cannot be contacted for any reason, their winnings will be held in the DWARF Euro Millions Lottery Syndicate Prize Fund for 12 months. If still unclaimed, their winnings will be passed to DWARF and no further claim may be made on them.
If a prize winner is deceased and therefore unable to claim their prize winnings, then on production of a copy of their Death Certificate, any prize winnings due will be forwarded to a bone-fide legal representative of their estate immediately.
Publicity
The DWARF Euro Millions Lottery Syndicate may be publicised and promoted by DWARF and its Agents in any form, subject to the Confidentially section below.
Membership and Administration Fees
There are no fees concerned with being a member of this DWARF Euro Millions Lottery Syndicate other than royal mail posting of Winnings or Receipts that will incur a nominal charge of £1.00 or €1.50 on each occasion solely to cover postage and banking charges.
Confidentiality
All information supplied by members shall be kept in total confidence and will not be passed to any third party without the express permission of the members unless the Syndicate Manager is required to pass on such information to any authorised legal body or agency.
Disclaimer
The DWARF Euro Millions Lottery Syndicate Manager will take all reasonable precautions to protect and care for any prize monies and to distribute such monies and receipts as stated above, but will not be held responsible for any loss of winnings, funds, omissions and/or errors, howsoever arising.
